Your local bloom™ hearing clinic is still open, and we are here, in the clinic, to support your hearing health. However, if you wish to stay in the comfort of your own home, we have launched a range of services to support you over the phone.
We can support your hearing health remotely with the following services:
- You can renew your Battery and Maintenance Plan over the phone.
- You can order more batteries over the phone and we will send it to your home – if you have troubles changing them, give us a call and we will help you.
- You can have your annual review over the phone (or via video conference) with your clinician.
- If you are new to hearing aids, we can book you in for an initial consultation with a clinician – over the phone or using video conference.
- We can adjust your existing hearing aids (selected brands) if you have a smart phone – you just need to download an app and we will do the rest.
- We can even fit you with new hearing aids with the WIDEX REMOTE CARE™ technology.
We would love to see you in our clinics which are safe and adherent to strict standards, but we would also love to support you at home in these unprecedented times.
