A hearing aid prevents moist air from escaping the ears. Almost every hearing aid has a tiny hole that allows the air to pass through it.
Your Audiologist may be able to add this to your hearing aid but if not possible, just remove the hearing aid occasionally during the day to allow your ear to ‘breathe’.
