This includes hearing aid fittings and adjustments, tinnitus management, hearing protection advice, ear health checks, and ongoing hearing aid servicing. Our audiologists work closely with you to ensure your hearing solutions continue to suit your lifestyle and hearing needs over time.
  • Hearing tests

Have you noticed changes in your hearing? A professional hearing test can help identify potential hearing loss and provide clarity on the next steps available to you. Assessments are tailored to your hearing concerns and lifestyle needs, with appointments typically taking around one hour including time to review your results with an audiologist.
  • Hearing aid solutions

Finding the right hearing aid solution depends on your hearing needs, lifestyle and personal preferences. A range of hearing aid technology and styles are available, including AI-powered technology, rechargeable devices, Bluetooth connectivity, discreet in-ear options and behind-the-ear hearing aids from leading manufacturers. Recommendations are tailored to help support clearer hearing in everyday environments.
  • Earwax removal

Excess earwax can sometimes contribute to blocked ears, discomfort or temporary hearing difficulties. Professional earwax removal services are available to help safely remove build-up and improve ear health. If earwax is impacting your hearing, an audiologist can also recommend appropriate follow-up care or hearing assessments where needed.
  • Tinnitus support

Tinnitus can affect people differently and may impact concentration, sleep and daily comfort. Through personalised tinnitus management support, audiologists can help you better understand your symptoms and discuss management strategies that may assist in reducing the impact tinnitus has on everyday life.
  • Hearing aid repairs & maintenance

Keeping your hearing aids working properly is an important part of ongoing hearing care. Support is available for hearing aid repairsmaintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting for a wide range of hearing aid styles and brands. Assistance with batteries, adjustments, and device servicing can also help extend the life and performance of your hearing aids.
  • Funding for hearing aids

Eligible clients may be able to access subsidised hearing services through the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. Support may include hearing tests, hearing devices and ongoing hearing care for eligible pensioners and veterans.
