The team behind better hearing
Welcoming you to our new Warilla store are our expert audiologist, Nam Fan (Ivis) Ng and experienced Hearing Care Coordinator, Fatimah Eid.
Ivis holds a Master of Audiology from Flinders University and brings extensive hands-on experience supporting people through every stage of their hearing journey. Ivis also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin, making quality hearing care more accessible to members of the diverse local community.
"We're looking forward to getting to know local residents and helping them better understand their hearing health," Ivis said.
Fatimah brings seven years of experience in the hearing industry and is also fluent in Arabic. Fatimah’s warmth and dedication ensure that every person who walks through our Warilla doors is genuinely welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their entire hearing journey.
“I love working in the new Warilla store because we have the opportunity to help a community who we haven’t previously been able to support,” she said.
